Terms and Conditions

As a registered attendee of the IPAA 2017 National Conference, you agree to the following:

Registrations for the IPAA 2017 National Conference will be accepted on or before Wednesday 8 November 2017.

Registration cancellation policy

All IPAA 2017 National Conference registration cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to info@act.ipaa.org.au.

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday 8 November 2017 will be refunded. No registration refunds will be made after this date. Substitute delegates are always encouraged and are welcome to attend in your place by prior arrangement.

The registration fee secures your place at the conference. Note that if you do not cancel your registration, do  not attend the conference or do not arrange a substitute delegate to attend in your place, the registration fee that secured your place remains and you are responsible for payment.

Program changes

IPAA reserves the right to change programs/speakers, or to cancel programs if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All registrants will be notified in the event of cancellation and their registration fee will be refunded.

IPAA is committed to protecting the privacy of information collected about its members and clients. The Institute collects information as required in order to administer and manage registrations for its courses and events. If registrants do not provide all the relevant information, registrations may not be confirmed. In some cases, names and agencies will appear on a participant list distributed to participants in a course or event.
